We are looking for an experienced Strong Junior/Middle Web Designer to join our Wellness Lab team!

By joining our team, you will:
— Work on the development of the new product from the scratch in the Wellness niche;
— Have a direct influence on the architecture and further development of the product;
— Learn and grow together with a young and ambitious team;

Necessary Skills:
— 1+ years of experience in web design or UI (creating Web interfaces and Web funnels);
— Attention to details, knowledge of typography, composition, color, and the ability to combine them;
— Possession of usability principles, knowledge of the structure and functionality of the website;
— Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator;
— Effective pace of work, ability to learn and to work in a team;
— Communication skills, creativity, and the ability to offer their own concepts of visual solutions;
— Flexibility and ability to cope with several tasks at the same time;
— Self-motivating and self-starting (proactiveness);
— English level: upper-intermediate or higher.
The most important thing is your mindset and desire to generate ideas, come up with solutions to increase business metrics.

If the business keeps changing their mind, or coming up with different ideas after you have spent a long time making those ideas come to life, you will be patient and give what they want (within a set timescale) because you know the end result will be worth it.
— Positiveness: You’ll help to create healthy work environments and demonstrate your positive attitude by resilience, and an ability to overcome setbacks;
— Ambitions: Last but not least, you have big ambitions to create the best product in the Wellness niche and change the market rules.

Responsibilities:
— Creating of full-funnel designs for new web products (from ads creatives through the whole funnel to the final web product with additional marketing activities);
— Increasing business metrics by the continuous design improvements for all funnel components;
— Analyzing competitors' designs for funnels, products, sales screens, checkouts, ads creatives, etc;
— Looking for new design approaches for products portfolio, test new solutions, and new ways of scaling or optimizing business metrics.
— Layouts development of landing pages and promotional materials for advertising campaigns;
— Visual maintenance for social networks, blogs, and email newsletters;
— Close cooperation with the marketing and development team.
