We’re looking for Cancellation/retention manager

Requirements:

• fluent English (both oral and written С1-С2)
• strong communication skills
• experience in communicating with native speakers
• time-management skills
• acquaintance with IT sphere
• stress resistance, ability to work in a high-loaded atmosphere

Schedule 3/3:

1. 08:00-17:00
2. 17:00-03:00
3. 22:00-08:00

Responsibilities: 

• provide customer support via phone, chat and email
• troubleshoot and solve customer’s issues
• present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• retain and improve customer loyalty
• gather feedback and suggest improvements
