Sales Lead

We are looking for a motivated, passionate Sales Lead who has instinct for sales. You will have an opportunity to turn the sales process upside down, gather a team that shares your vision, and work with big numbers (that naturally will be reflected on your pay cheque). If you know how to make a customer leave not empty-handed, we are on the same track.

Required skills:

  • Previous experience of sales team management (control over the KPIs, ability to identify and collect necessary KPIs, analyze and suggest improvements based on gathered data);
  • B2C sales experience (knowledge of sales techniques, persuasion methods and rapport building);
  • Experience in products cross-sell (testing and writing scripts and flows for chats and calls; identify customers' needs and suggest possible products to cross-sell);
  • Experience in product sale and upsell (identify "missed" sales opportunities, create flows for chats and calls handling based on the findings, find opportunities to increase Average Check Value);
  • Team management (admin and operations processes handling)

As a plus:

  • Previous experience in IT product B2B sales;
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel;
  • CRM tools implementation and management.


Sales development and Team management (first contact product sale, upsell, partners' and another internal products cross-sell, rare B2B sales conduct, sales team management)

Soft skills:

  • Result-oriented (desire to achieve determined sales KPIs);
  • Ability to motivate a team;
  • Passion for sales.
