Creative Marketing Manager (Mobile)

  • Understanding of the creative production process for various types of media including video, static, and interactive content.
  • Familiarity with various ad platforms/networks/channels in mobile industry (experience with Facebook ads, ByteDance).
  • Good knowledge of English (other languages are a plus).


Will be a plus:

  • 1+ years of experience in Mobile creative marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, analytics, or related area of study.
  • Proficient with data analysis and pivot tables.
  • UA media buying experience.

  • Manage the creative User Acquisition pipeline for Facebook.
  • Manage the creative In-App purchases pipeline.
  • Track creative performance and analyze data to optimize it, improve KPIs and provide frequent analysis reporting.
  • Conduct competitive analysis including monitoring competitor activity, specifically regarding UA.
  • Conceptualize and produce new videos, banners, playable ads, text copies, scripts for content creators and other marketing assets, with and without the help of internal Motion Design and Graphic Design teams.
  • Creative assets localization.
  • Close cooperation with creatives compliance team.
  • Test creative assets and iterations, and analyze performance metrics to make informed UA decisions.
  • Understand user value across different ad placements, targeting, optimization types and geographies.
  • Continuously optimize the creative production processes.
