We're looking for Billing support agent (Customer Care Department)

 

About your team:

As a young team of 30+ professionals, supporting one of the TOP products in the field, we can offer you the «perks package» on a daily basis.

Being a part of our team, you'll have regular 1-2-1 meetings with your Manager, with support and guidance to set and then meet your personal career objectives.

Our candidate will be compelling the following tasks:

  • Provide customer support via email
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer's issues
  • Provide refunds and chargebacks requests
  • Retain and improve customer loyalty
  • Gather feedback and suggest improvements

 

Hard skills:

  • Fluent English (both oral and written)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Zopim, etc

 

 

 Soft skills:

  • Stress resistance 
  • Ability to work in a high-loaded atmosphere
  • Drive and desire to provide customer support professionally
  • Team player
