Tool design engineer for injection mold (Poland)

For further development of our Engineering Center we are looking for young and experienced candidates to fill the position of Tool design engineer for injection mold in Poland.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Calculation of the injection mold tool cost or change cost;

2. Analysis of plastic components feasibility to the injection mold process at the stage of part design, design for manufacturing;

3. Development of a detailed injection mold tool concept and technical task for the mold supplier;

4. Check and release of injection mold tool design;

5. Implementation of modifications of injection mold tools in accordance with engineering changes;

6. Correction of molds in accordance with the requirements of the single component drawing.

Candidate requirements:

Experience in the injection mold tool design;

Work experience in tool shop;

Knowledge of the process of design and manufacture of injection mold tool, metal processing technology, machine parts;

Knowledge of the process of plastic injection molding and the principles of operation of injection molding machines.
