For further development of our Engineering Center we are looking for young and experienced candidates to fill the position of Process quality Assurance Engineer.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Development process Quality Assurance of automotive embedded electronic systems;
• Development of strategy and application of the strategy in a project according automotive industry norms and standards ASPICE, IATF 16949, ISO 26262;
• Analysis of requirements related to Development Quality;
• Quality processes establishing in projects. Application of Lessons Learned procedure;
• Regular monitoring of quality process deliverables in projects;
• Providing conformity of the development process with the standard process and customer requirements;
• Analysis of processes effectiveness and compliance with standards and regulations;
• Regularly report of project quality status to management. Escalation of non-conformities;
• Coach and support engineers with Quality Management topics;
• Participation in assessments and audits.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in embedded electronics or SW processes quality assurance;
• Experience in automotive electronics embedded systems development;
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards ASPICE, IATF16949, ISO 26262;
• System engineering (V-model) principle understanding;
• Practical knowledge of task management tools (Jira, etc.)
• Experience in Agile project management (desirable);
• Experience with audits and knowledge of audit procedure;
• Conversational and technical language skills — English, (German or French will be an additional advantage).
