Responsibilities
Meet and greet all guests, clients, customers, and candidates
- Order office supplies
- Handle all logistical office needs
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Handle contract and price negotiations with vendors, as needed
- Coordinate activities to support cross-functional office events, meetings, and travels and manage expense reports
- Coordinate onboarding for newly hired employees
- Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and meeting the needs of the staff and business
- Deliver online English classes to employees
- Support on specialized projects as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role/ Assistant Manager
Previous experience in teaching English to adult students
Advanced English skills
Good communication skills
A keen eye for details
Good organizational skills
