American transportation company «Vista Trans Holding Inc.» is looking for a dispatch assistant to join our team. Dispatcher is responsible for communication with truckers regarding shipments; inputting information and printing orders; shipping product, inventory adjustment, and keeping shipping logs

Job Type: full time

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Working hours : 

• 3 p.m. - 1 a.m.

The successful candidate will be detail oriented, have good communication skills, and customer service oriented.

A Customs Clearance Specialist is responsible for the customs documents on the border Canada-USA.

Responsibilities 

• Communicating with drivers, customs brokers, load brokers and customs officers on a daily basis;

• Arranging export and import documents through Canada and USA

• Tracking shipments with the load brokers in order to receive it in time manner;

• Analyze the customs paperwork, find quick solutions in case of any issues related to customs clearance;

• Entry of customs papers into a system, cooperation with brokers.

• Drivers' support at the border.

Skills/Attributes:

• Level of English - upper-intermediate;

•  Good communication skills;

• Ability to work productively under pressure;

• High level of detail orientation;

• Strong data entry skills;

•  Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;

• Ability to multi-task and focus on details in a fast paced environment
