NIX Solutions is looking for an A-player to join our team and help assist our amazing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships of trust with new and existing customers through open and interactive communication
- Handle and promptly resolve requests from clients via chat, email and phone
- Serve as an additional point-of-contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the NIX teams
- Collect and prioritize customer feedback
- Work effectively with other departments to drive issues to resolution
- Help our teams implement continuous improvements based on the gathered feedback
Required skills:
- Proactive problem-solver mindset and can-do attitude
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiar with supporting online applications, Internet technologies, and is adept at communicating technical concepts
- Previous experience in customer support or similar will be a plus
