Product Designer

We are an IT product company Maklai, we are working on the development of online hotel booking sites, and our main markets are Europe and the USA.

One of our projects is Booked.net (3 million + customers from 37 countries, 22 languages).

Our team is expanding and we are looking for a UI\UX Designer who will improve and advance our product.

Required skills:

• Experience in UI/UX Design 3+ years;

• Experience working in Photoshop, Illustrator/Sketch, Axure (or other interactive prototyping tool);

• Deep understanding of Design Thinking approach;

• Ability to lead multiple projects in fast-paced team environment;

• Able to set up and drive user testing sessions, using qualitative and quantitive methods to identify design flaws, organizes results in a clear form, makes conclusions;

• Able to research user behavior, define goals and needs, make conclusions. Knowing qualitative and quantitative methods;

• Knowing and using platforms guidelines and patterns (web, mobile, desktop);

• Knowledges of  how, when and why to build low or hi-fidelity prototypes. Has experience with an array of tools for each case;

• Intermediate+ English;

• Strong argumentation skills;

• Portfolio is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Prototyping layouts for desktop and mobile versions have given multilanguage;

• Interaction with the developers for design;

• SIte monitoring, plan (design) user paths;

• Working with turnkey design (pages) and for ab tests.
