Sales Order & Logistics Processing Manager

Sales Order & Logistics Processing Manager:

Main tasks – Order process:

• Commercial offers creation, order processing, incl. invoice/finance process
• Contracts and annexes preparation/processing
• Shipping orders processing
• Invoice/Debit & Credit notes processing
• Reclamations / provision processing
• Dealer/customer demand management (machines requests, specification etc.)
• Contact person for the dealers/customers and external institutions (banks, forwarders, insurance etc.)
• International market requirements processing in agreement with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Controlling & Export
• Shipment plan processing on demand of production companies & shipping offices
• Orders income & status reporting
• Dealer & production inventory reporting
• Sales projects support   
• Translation preparation 
• Supporting Machine Online application
• Testing and implementation new functions in SAP 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Specialist/Master’s Degree.
• Strong English command is a must. German will be an advantage.
• Considerable experience in document processing.
• SAP literacy will be an advantage.
• At least a year of experience in customer service, logistics or related field will be a plus.
