Back-Office-Function in Sales & Logistics (Order process)
Main tasks - Order process:
- Commercial offers creation, order processing, incl. invoice/finance process
- Shipping orders processing
- Dealer/customer demand management
- Contact person for the dealers
- Shipment plan processing
- Orders income & status reporting
- Inventory processing & reporting
- Translation preparation
Subordination: Head of Spare parts department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Specialist/Master's Degree.
- English or German b1
- Considerable experience in document processing.
- SAP literacy will be an advantage.
- At least a year of experience in customer service, logistics or related field will be a plus.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to team members.
