Our HR Team is growing! We're looking for a Recruiter to join our friendly Team and contribute to our Company's success! If you are ready for nice challenges, professional growth and development, you are a perfect fit!

Daily Todos:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using professional resources and databases

• Conducting interviews with candidates at various stages of the recruitment process (phone screening calls, Zoom interviews)

• Work with various resources (job boards, social media) to attract talented candidates 

• Preparing of job descriptions and other materials

• Keeping records in the recruitment database

• Participating in internal recruitment programs and initiatives 

• Participating in other internal procedures and HR activities upon request of the Head of HR department

• Taking an active part in Company’s initiatives

Requirements:

• 6+ months of relevant experience (with full-cycle recruitment)

• Strong Upper-Intermediate level of English (we speak English all day every day:))

• Experience with various interview techniques

• Time-management and organizational skills

• Experience in using various personnel search channels: job sites, Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram etc

• Positive attitude and ability to find approach to any person 

• Passionate about recruitment, willing to grow in this field

• Knowledge of recruitment CRM systems would be plus
