Lead Researcher Team Captain

Our Research team is looking for a Team Captain!

A team captain is a team member who provides guidance, instructions, and support to the team in order to achieve company goals and ensure successful performance on client accounts. TC takes leadership part of a team of 4-10 Researchers in order to support, maintain and organize team's workflow. Captain informs TM about any issues and challenges that the team faces during the working process right away and provides TM with feedback and suggestions from the team members.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• manage, organize and oversee a team of 4+ Researchers
• develop a strategy for a team's goal achievement
• give clear instructions and guidelines to all the team members
• assign given tasks and projects
• monitor tasks' progress and deadlines
• fulfill Quality Assurance
• monitor team members' participation and engagement;
• organize training sessions to the team members when required
• manage the flow of day-to-day operations
• create and manage team's statistics/ KPI's
• ensure smooth communication process inside the team
• make sure all the issues are addressed and all the questions answered
• conduct team meetings (daily/weekly/monthly)
• support a positive environment among all team members
• motivate and inspire team members
• spread tasks, goals, adjustments, deadlines to team members
• understand and follow company rules and principles, make sure team members do the same
• report directly to TM with any issue/feedback/suggestions and propositions

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Good PC skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
