Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO)
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales;
Pre preferably work in Game Development;
Experience in managing a team of 7+ people;
Experience managing, coaching and mentoring other sales reps
Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations;
Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation;
Exceptional communication skills are necessary;
Initialize and implement annual sales goals and monthly sales plans;
Implementing sales strategies that further the department's agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business;
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand clients base;
Examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets;
Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees;
Counseling and disciplining sales team; planning, monitoring and appraising job results to meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals.
Location near metro station (Vasylkivska) or remote (till the end of the quarantine)
