Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales;
- Pre preferably work in Game Development;
- Experience in managing a team of 7+ people;
- Experience managing, coaching and mentoring other sales reps
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations;
- Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation;
- Exceptional communication skills are necessary;
- Advanced English.
Responsibilities:
- Initialize and implement annual sales goals and monthly sales plans;
- Implementing sales strategies that further the department's agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business;
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand clients base;
- Examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets;
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees;
- Counseling and disciplining sales team; planning, monitoring and appraising job results to meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals.
