Requirements

2+ years as a Recruiter (will be good if previous experience was in recruitment agency)

Knowledge and experience with IT recruitment tools

Good understanding technology and technology trends

Ability to conduct different types of interviews

Attention to detail

Good negotiation skills

English skills from intermediate+ level
