We’ve come a long way in translating any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction, but we are still focused on constantly improving. We believe the best way to do this, is to create a design environment where all team members can participate in a rational debate and argue their case for a design choice. Our arguments must be based on solid theory and empirical evidence in what we call deliberative design processes. To do this, we need to continuously improve our ability to communicate design principles, as we consider this an essential component in the unceasing improvement of our product design and esthetics. To support and nurture this environment, and help implement the practices it requires, we are looking for a highly skilled Interaction Designer with the theoretical knowledge, charisma, and passion to lead design processes and to help bring our team to the next level in the way we work with and develop our design principles.

We are looking for a strong middle UX designer who can enforce and strengthen our product design team, making sure that our product stays market-leading in user experience.

The Keepit product design team is currently located in Lviv (Ukraine) and Copenhagen (Denmark). This means that virtual collaboration makes up a big part of the daily collaboration.

The product design team of Keepit is highly focused on teamwork and lifting each other to be the best product designers we can be. Therefore it is essential that you love working in a team and love giving and receiving constructive feedback.

You will also be working together with:

The Product management team, that will collect information about market trends and competitor activity, ensuring that we all have a clear vision of what is going on on the market. The Engineering on finding the right solution to our customers problems. And many other teams as well. :) 

Primary skills we are looking for:

• Practical and theoretical understanding of User Experience practices.
• General understanding of data collection and qualitative/quantitative data handling.
• Perfect level of spoken and written English.
• A curious mind, and an interest in learning and teaching others about the wonders of UX.

Central tasks as UX Specialist will be to:

• Doing Mock-ups, Wireframes and Prototypes.
• Creating User Flows, Prototypes and other similar UX tasks.
• You will be coordinating with other product designers, developers and product managers to make changes and improvements.

It is important that you are eager to learn and expand your knowledge within the area of (but not limited to) User Experience design. It is also important that you are eager to share this knowledge with the rest of the team. As our offices is located in different countries, you appreciate working in a team that is not in the same physical location. All of our communication happens in English, so you must have perfect written and spoken English.
