Keepit is a cloud-to-cloud backup service provider. The purpose of our platform is to provide our customers with an immutable historical archive of their primary data in systems such as Microsoft 365, GCloud, Salesforce and Dynamics, to protect them from everything from ransomware to simple accidents.

Opportunities

Your strategic focus will be

· Talent sourcing and headhunting

· Keeping the culture and atmosphere in the company

· HR branding and communications together with our Marketing Department

You will have the following, non-comprehensive, list of tasks:

• Working as a part of International Recruiting Team
• Tracking and Reporting statistics
• Screening, sourcing and analyzing local IT market, considering new trended technologies
• Writing job descriptions
• Searching for new talents
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Use behaviour profiles, tests, responses, and more
• Cooperation with recruiting agencies
• Creating the candidates' database of previous and potential candidates
• Providing feedback after the interviews
• Owning HR branding projects

You will fit the position perfectly if your key personal competences are:

• High level of drive, hard-working, and driven by responsibility
• Motivated by new challenges and different tasks
• Independent, pro-active and informal approach
• Team player and a good communicator
• Understanding of sales and business

... and your key professional competences are:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a recruitment agency\ IT company
• Well-oriented in data protection laws (especially GDPR)
• Fluent English
