Keepit Lviv is currently looking for someone to take charge of the office in Lviv as well as handle finance and supplies.

The Genera Office Manager will be a part of the management team, take responsibility for the contracts, office space and supplies and coordinate work of the administrative employees and external contractors. We would like General office manager to be closely involved in an office's financial matters and keep close track of budgets and the spending of various parts of the office.

Your strategic focus will be

  • Finance and budgeting
  • Proactively making our office a safe, cosy and comfortable place for work
  • Taking part in a search of a new office (including preparing for the move, sign the contract, dealing with the contractors who will renovate the facilities for us)
  • Coordination of administrative employees and active role in hiring new staff if we need any

 

You will have the following, non-comprehensive, list of tasks:

  • Working as a part of International Management Team
  • Tracking and Reporting Team's statistics
  • Communication with landlords, utility companies and other contractors
  • Owning budget and finance projects
  • Close communication with the employees in all departments
  • Oversee and supports overhead costs (rent, utilities, equipment maintenance, other operating needs)
  • Notify employees of company announcements (like policy changes, staff meetings, revised security measures, upcoming office maintenance or repairs etc)
  • Ensure that facilities are safe, secure, clean and well-maintained (including fire safety)Schedule repairs on malfunctioning equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems and computers, and hire professional cleaners to sanitize work areas
  • Problem and conflict solving and staff meetings conduction

 

You will fit the position perfectly if your key personal competences are:

... and your key professional competences are:

  • Education in finance or accounting (preferably)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with management/coordination of resource and people is a plus
  • Experience in budgeting and analytic skills
  • Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Solid understanding of general computer use and regular Office suite programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English
