Junior Lawyer

We are looking for a proactive Junior Lawyer to join our Legal team. 

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Legal Support for Zendesk: investigation of users' situations, preparation of legal responses;

• Trademark infringement disputes resolution;

• Dealing with Contracts: NDA, service agreements, license agreements etc.;

• Assessment, evaluation and eliminating business risks;

• Drafting various legal documents in English;

• Legal research, constant monitoring of changes in legislation applicable to the company;

• Dealing with other corporate matters.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Master's Degree in Legal (preferred specialization - corporate/commercial law);

• 6+ months of relevant work experience in a law firm/ or in-house lawyer;

• Experience in FinTech/Virtual currency and/or Banking expertise is an advantage;

• Upper-Intermediate English (writing, speaking, reading);

• Excellent legal writing skills;

• Knowledge of IP rights peculiarities;

• Freely understands and applies international corporate law into life including but not limited to kinds and peculiarities of formation of the company, its statutory documents, corporate governance etc;

• Good expertise in Ukrainian law (corporate, banking, finance);

• Advanced knowledge in working with: Word/Excel, Adobe;

• Attention to details, highly organized and good project execution skills;

• Analytical mindset;

• Ability to work fast, independently and establish priorities;

• Flexible and has capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ready to process large volumes of new information;

• High communication skills;

• Positive and proactive approach;

• Motivation to search for alternative solutions for a problem;

• Strong 'get things done' approach
