Responsibilities:

• Search and select candidates (non-technical roles);
• Conduct HR interviews;
• Coordinate new hire details with respective units;
• Provide analytical and well documented reports;
• Job market analyses and reviews.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience;
• Ability to drive full cycle of recruitment process;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Result-oriented and self-driven;
• Upper-Intermediate English.
