HR Manager

Automatic Vision Technologies looking for an HR Manager to the international team of high professionals in the consulting and engineering area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with international HR policies and planning 
• Onboarding and introduction of the new employees 
• Responsible for the end-to-end HR service delivery for the countries in scope
• Core team recruitment and ongoing onboarding
• Identify specific country requirements and applies this in service delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• Working experience at a similar position at least 2 years
• International experience within Europe 
• Excellent written & verbal English communication skills is a must
• Get creative and innovative in finding extraordinary talent through unconventional means
• A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to details

Good to have

• If you know other European languages, it's an extra plus
