Sales Representative (Real Estate, Fluent English)

For our client, US-based real estate development company, a recognized leader in property preservation, conversion, remodelling, new construction, and development of real estate assets, we are currently looking for Sales Representative with potential growth to Head of Sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales on the US market;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) is a must;
• Proficiency in using CRM systems;
• Some Experience in Public Relations;
• Experience in the development and implementation of sales processes & sales team management is a plus;
• Self-motivated and self-organized, able to problem solve and work with limited direction.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Communicate on a daily basis with US local business, working with inbound leads (sales calls, preparing proposals, managing CRM);
• Cooperation with internal Project Managers and Sales Reps on a daily basis;
• Working on the development of Sales strategy, client acquisition methods, sales processes from scratch;
• Primary duties will be in the management of existing relationships and growing existing accounts within the same customer profiles. Widening the service coverage in different markets;
• Working with US-based business development managers on new leads and prospects;
• Development of outbound sales channel;
• Ability to build, lead and motivate a successful team with increasing company growth.
