Digital Account Manager

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to oversee client relations & be involved in website development. 

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in Digital / Marketing agencies, website development studios;

• Advanced English (excellent written and verbal communication skills);

• Knowledge of Account Management practices, basic website development processes;

• Previous proven experience with US-based clients;

• Previous Project Management experience is a plus;

• Digital Marketing background is a plus;

• Graduate level in Marketing, Finance, PR & Advertising;

• Time management and detail oriented;

• Hardworking and quick learning abilities.

Duties:

• Communication with existing clients, onboard new clients, prepare Proposals for Clients, be able to provide day-to-day communications and support;

• Developing proper processes within all stages of the website development process - from primary Client communication till Project delivery;

• Determination of customer needs, drafting commercial offers; Initialization of work with the Client: distribution of tasks to the departments, creation of a single report on the project, opening of contracts. Client communications, taking part in external and internal Kick-off meetings;

• Developing and maintaining strong trusted business relationships with existing partners, offering professional support and feedback.
