Arounda — Digital Product Agency looking for Lead generator to join our beautiful team. We help to create and evolve web and mobile apps, marketing websites through Branding, Web design, UX/UI design, App development for startups and businesses. We cooperate with foreign partners in the areas of Fintech & Crypto, Analytics, Healthcare, Education, and E-commerce.

  • English. Intermediate or Upper-intermediate (B1-B2).
  • Experience with CRM-systems.
  • Experience with Google tools (Sheets, Docs).


  • Lead generation on freelance platforms;
  • Qualification of the potential customers based on ICP;
  • Compose cover letters for clients on different channels;
  • First contact with the potential clients;
  • Add client`s information to CRM;
  • Understanding of KPIs and Hitting your leadgen quota;
  • Close cooperation with the Sales Manager;
  • Own the necessary knowledge about the expertise of an agency and provide clients with best-matching portfolio examples based on their requirements.

As a plus:

  • Experience in working for IT outsource companies and Digital agencies;
  • Experience with Upwork /Linkedin/Social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.);
  • Experience in Research / Lead generation / SDR;
  • Basic knowledge of IT industry (Services, Solutions).
