KRKA UKRAINE announces a new vacancy to be filled - "Head of HR Department".

  We are looking for an effective manager who will implement the HR strategic tasks of the Company.

  Your responsibilities & Your Impact:

• Development and coordination of a full cycle of HR processes aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of cooperation with the personnel.
• Control of HR administration, prevention of HR risks, settlement of labour disputes.
• Development and management of corporate culture.
• Optimization and control of the personnel selection and on-boarding system, development of personnel loyalty and retention programs.
• Development of motivational programs and models.
• Preparation and provision of analytical materials for the company management on personnel issues.
• Development of the HR brand of the Company.
• Consultation of the company management, as well as of department heads on all personnel issues.

• Minimum 2-year work experience in a similar position.
• Work experience in a cross-functional western company.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode.
• Attention to detail combined with a broad outlook.
• Perseverance in achieving results.
• Willingness to fast-paced work.
• Leadership and "can-do" attitude.
