Reservation Agent

Mercure Kyiv Congress, part of Accor Hotels, is looking for an energetic Reservation Agent to join our friendly team 

Key responsibilities:

• Greet guests over the phone in a friendly and polite manner
• Processing proper invoicing
• To ensure proper reservation and room bookings received via phone or email
• To comply with internal policies and hotel standards

What we are looking for:

• Opera PMS knowledge is a must
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, Russian (both written and verbal)
• Efficiency and high speed of work, ability to perform well under pressure
• Quick learner, team player
• Previous experience at the Front Office or Reservation Departments of an international chain hotel
