1.     Manage business (wholesale and traditional retail channel) in the Division 2000 for product categories: Stationary, Shavers and Lighters.

2.     Set commercial goals, develop business plans, and determine commercial budgets for each client in accordance with the common goals of the department for work with key clients (determined by the Director of the Enterprise).

3.     Determine the needs and capabilities of the customers based on the analysis of the business, as well as according to internal and external market research (ACNielsen / GFK), prepared by the Department of Marketing and Category Management.

4.     Establish working relationships with other departments (finance department, logistics department, marketing department);

5.     Participate in the development of product categories in cooperation with the marketing department.

6.     To analyze sales, identifying the causes of good and bad sales for each product position, to use the potential of product positions - leaders; to conduct a comparative analysis of sales of the current period with sales of the previous period.

7.     Report on current activities.

8.     Together with the marketing department to develop and manage trade events and promotions created for each client; implement a marketing plan for each client, based on the marketing plan of the Company for each product category.;

9.     Monitor the budget for each client (retro discounts, marketing budgets and investments) based on the Condition Sheet.

10.  Make a sales forecast for each client, participate in sales forecast meetings, enter forecast data into a certain form (Forecast Reports, Siebel), provide this information to the sales forecast service of the Enterprise.

11.  Enter information about the introduction of new products in the appropriate form (Listing / Delisting form) and provide this information to the sales forecast service of the Company.

12.  As an expert in the product categories supplied to the market by the Enterprise, to provide advice to customers on the product range, the main indicators of market trends, the actions of competitors, to provide support in the development of sales of product categories of customers.

13.  Collect information related to the business of customers and competitors, provide this information to their colleagues from other departments (such as marketing and logistics), respond to changes in market trends, actions of competitors, customer procurement policy.

14.  Represent your country at international meetings.

15.  Submit a report to the Director of the Enterprise on the results of its activities.

16.  To be attentive to each employee, partner, or client of the Enterprise, to adhere to norms of business etiquette, internal rules of the Enterprise.

17.  Carefully and without delay to carry out any instructions of the Director of the Perform other duties if necessary.

18.  Keep trade secrets, as well as information that is confidential, namely: indicators of sales of customers, departments, or enterprises; product price and pricing policy of the Company; internal market research created by the Company's employees; cost and profitability of the Company's products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales - preferably in traditional channels
  • Proven experience in leading teams
  • Fluent English and Ukrainian
  • Background on FMCG Sales preferably
  • Nice to have experience in international companies
  • Leadership skills
  • Team player
  • Very good communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Good organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated “win-win” negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Good computer skills; (Excel, analysis by IT tools)
  • Business & figures understanding
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • High Level of autonomy and Pro-Activity
