Ability to travel frequently and for relatively long periods to various VEO entities with options of being relocated to other locations mainly in Romania

The  SAP FICO Project Manager  has the role to manage projects and provide consultancy in the SAP FI/CO field for all requests and support. Provides N2 level SAP FI/CO support to Veo and Noz users, ensuring the delivery of a high quality service 

Main Responsibilities:

- Resolves SAP requests and incidents reported by users;

- Finds solutions for complex, atypical incidents;

- Collaborates with other IT support teams to resolve Suivi Etudes requests;

- Analyzes the needs of incoming requests in Suivi Etudes and handles the creation of functional specifications to be sent to developers;

- Creates document (Estimate) with hours/costs spent on each request for CP / DEV SAP FI / CO;

- Handles project management of open and assigned requests in Suivi Etudes;

- Creates and updates work procedures;

- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of SAP processes helping to streamline activities;

- Provides IT support on operational workflow and testing/implementation solutions;

- Travels to other sites to provide SAP support to users, build and strengthen inter-departmental relationships;

- Ensures the quality of IT service provided as per KPIs;

- Monitors the Suivi Etude platform to resolve all requests according to SLA;

- Plans, organizes and monitors the activities in each project, reports on the status of ongoing projects and on-time delivery;

- Provides prompt IT support to users with a positive attitude and professionalism;

- Communicates in a positive, professional and efficient manner to resolve users' requests.

 Profile Requirements:

- Education level: higher education, in IT.

- Foreign languages: English – minimum B2 level, French – minimum A2 level is an advantage. 

- Technical skills: Solid knowledge of SAP, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, fundamental  knowledge of project management.

- Software used: Suivi Etudes.

- Compliance with SLA (service-level agreement).

- Understanding users’ needs;

- Planning and organization / Meeting deadlines;

- Time management / Ability to prioritize activities;

- Involvement in continuous improvement of internal processes; 

- Collaboration with clients and suppliers;

- Communication skills;

- Debugging Knowledge and understanding program Logic

- Knowing the Table names and the relation between them

- Ability to write Functional detailed specifications

- Ability to search for BADI, User-Exit….
