Junior BI Support Technician, Lviv

The BI Support Technician has the role to ensure maintenance and support of BI applications, responds in real time to user problems and provides technical advice to these applications' users.

Main Responsibilities:

- Resolves application-related requests and incidents from users;

- Ensures the maitenance of managed applications;

- Reports any design / implementation issues of managed applications;

- Collaborates with other IT support teams to resolve incidents;

- Finds and proposes solutions for complex, atypical incidents;

- Creates, follows and updates work procedures;

- Actively participates in continuous improvement of BI processes helping to streamline activities;

- Ensures the quality of the IT BI service provided according to KPIs (SLA compliance, client satisfaction questionnaire);

- Resolve all N1 level requests and incidents according to SLA;

- Transfer all unresolved tickets to N2;

- Communicate in a positive, professional and efficient manner to resolve users' requests.

Profile Requirements:

- Higher education (in IT);

- Foreign languages: English = minimum B1 level, French is an advantage;

- Experience in SQL programming and administration;

- At least 1 year experience in IT (BI area of expertise);

- Ability to understand users needs;

- Positive behavior and attitude;

- Problem solving;

- Responsibility, proactivity, teamwork.
