Performance Controller / Reporting Specialist

Qualifications, required work experience, and skills:

• 2+ years professional experience; experience in working with figures is a plus (reporting/ economic/ financial /audit/ accounting);
• Proficiency in English;
• Advanced Excel including pivots and look ups;
• Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in economics;
• Soft skills: analytical and critical mindset, logical thinking, passion for figures, increased attention to details. Your communicative and proactive mindset will allow you to successfully collaborate cross-functional with various areas.

And here is what we will do together:

• Detailed analysis and reporting of the individual performance of employees for General Management (analysis of individual costs, alert in case of drift);
• Perform business analysis. You will provide management with regular reporting, in order to support operational efficiency. Also, you’ll develop regular presentations and reporting for the Management on both a recurrent and ad-hoc basis;
• Detailed analysis and reporting of the individual contribution in the company’s result (analysis of costs, of the individual activity, ensure consistency between the performance indicator and the employee’s contribution to the outcome).
