Master call is looking for strong HR Administrator to join our HR department who can become a part of our well-known innovative company.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing necessary reports and forms of HR department;
  • Responsible for maintaining the HR system;
  • Gather and prepare data for payroll;
  • Help in cooperating with the Finance department in terms of analysis and planning expenses.
  • Support in developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office;
  • Support employees 

Requirements:

  • B2+ English;
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience;
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills;
  • Stress resistance, readiness to perform ad hock tasks and requests from the management;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to use initiative;
  • Proficiency using Microsoft suite i.e. Office, Word and Excel.
