Master call is looking for strong HR Administrator to join our HR department who can become a part of our well-known innovative company.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing necessary reports and forms of HR department;
- Responsible for maintaining the HR system;
- Gather and prepare data for payroll;
- Help in cooperating with the Finance department in terms of analysis and planning expenses.
- Support in developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office;
- Support employees
Requirements:
- B2+ English;
- Proven administrative or assistant experience;
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills;
- Stress resistance, readiness to perform ad hock tasks and requests from the management;
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
- Excellent attention to detail and able to use initiative;
- Proficiency using Microsoft suite i.e. Office, Word and Excel.
