International consulting company Master Call LLC is looking for Junior Risk Analyst.

Job Overview

A fast-paced company is seeking to hire someone who is ready to take to the challenge and rise fast in the Risk and Fraud Industry.

As a Fraud Analyst you will work in the Risk Department Team and be responsible for the daily monitoring of any fraudulent activity in accordance with our protocols. You will maximize the performance of Fraud risk systems, CRM’s and 3rd party platforms to contribute directly to the proactive detection of fraud and the reduction of fraud losses. 

The main responsibilities are:

• Daily analyzing of client's behavior and identify high risk activity in our financial systems.
• Preventing chargebacks, fraud, and bonus abuse. 
• Communicating efficiently with other departments and payment providers.
• Liaising with internal departments to manage fraud cases.
• Assisting in improving the department's processes and reports.
• Monitoring and reporting on customer's activity.
• Performing daily analysis of reports

Main competences:

• Knowledge of fraud, payments, and risk procedures is essential.
• Ability to display a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Knowledge of task / project management tools.
• Attention to details and investigative approach.
• Numerical literacy and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance and workload.
• Excellent team player, willing to learn.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Self-motivated.
