Middle Java developer

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is looking for a Middle Java Developer. We have an open position for a backend developer on a newly started project (few months ago). The project is a helpdesk application for the internal use for one of the biggest telecommunication providers in Saudi Arabia. Main technology stack: Java 11, Spring Boot 2, PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities:

• New features development on top of the platform
• Collaboration with other team members on development and deployment
• Communication with a client
• Attending Scrum calls

Required skills:

• 3+ years of Java development commercial experience
• In-depth knowledge of Object Oriented Design/Programming (Java 11)
• Strong expertise in Spring stack related to Microservice Architecture
• At least 1 year of commercial experience in applications based on Microservice Architecture. Strong theoretical knowledge in this area 
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL
• Good knowledge and skills in Hibernate/JPA
• Commercial Experience with Message Queues (SQS, ActiveMQ, Kafka, etc.)
• Strong communication skills
• English level - Intermediate and higher
• Experience with Docker

Nice to have:

• Experience with an OpenAPI
• Knowledge of common AWS services
• Experience with Keycloak
• Knowledge of AWS stack for microservices architecture
