Currently, we have a good proposition for IT Recruiter.

What will you do as IT Recruitment Specialist:

• Responsibility for the full cycle of recruitment;
• Active search IT professionals in the local and labour market;
• Work in cooperation with researcher's team;
• Work with different recruitment tools;
• Work with an ATS system;

• Taking part in internal development activities;

• Maintaining communications with recruitment agencies, freelancers.

Our some requirements:

• Experience as IT recruiter at least 1 year;
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment process;
• Experience in outsource/out staff area will be a plus;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with teamwork experience;
• Analytical skills focus on details;
• Open-minded, self-driven, with proactive attitude;
• English - intermediate or higher.
