Media Buyer

Maxitech R&D team's target is developing software solutions maximizing the performance of the core business. The current team size is 200+ people. New product development we start in 2018 requires the team to grow for additional 40 people this year. We are looking for software development experts ready to bring their knowledge and contribute to building the new, best in the class, software product.

R&D team is concentrated in Kyiv, and the company serves clients worldwide. We do qualitative software products to enable the business to become more efficient and successful.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Media Buying.
• Experience of working with Facebook primarily.
• Strong organization skills with great attention to detail.
• A solid work ethic with the self-motivation needed to exceed expectations.
• Technologically savvy, remaining on top of the latest trends.
• Ability to function effectively under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to step out of the assigned role to support team members.
• Proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the launch of social media campaigns with marketing and sales departments.
• Prepare the plan of conversion campaigns within the budget and KPIs and implement them.
• Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Help identify target audiences and plan paid advertising on the social channels we're active on.
• Experiment with new platforms and channels, research on the peculiarities, policies, and ads managers of each.
• Participating in media planning and development.
• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
• Decide how the best way to communicate the message to each custom audience.
• Assist in the research and implementation of new media strategies.
• General assistance to the Media Department.
