The position serves for our online platform, both website and mobile app. The role will focus on marketing, sales (a plus), and/or maintain exceptional customer service for all support queries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  1. Learn product knowledge, company's Customer Support Guideline, operational procedures of our eCommerce admin system.
  2. Gather and analyze information on electronic products (cellphone, tablet and laptop computer etc.), customer needs and preferences, as well as demographics and buying habits, with the goal of identifying potential markets for sales.
  3. Implement digital campaigns that increase ROI, grow sales and increase brand awareness.
  4. Identify and secure potential clients by cold-calling, e-mailing or direct meeting.
  5. Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
  6. Good conflict resolution skills and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  7. Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, reply to customer's emails and messages through IMs and LiveChats.
  8. Able to work from 6pm to 3am Odessa Ukraine local time.

Ideal candidate:

A. Must be proficient in English (writing and speaking)

B. Bachelor's degree in marketing or business related field

C. One year of marketing or sales or customer support experience

D. Strong oral communication skills

E. Strong negotiation skills with both B2B & B2C customers

 

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Good communication skills in multiple languages, such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, and Chinese
  • Experience with cellphone technology and news
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to influence and work collaboratively within the group and across business units/functions - high emotional intelligence.
