Since our Kyiv office is growing, our HR team needs reinforcement in order to bring all our plans to life.

This position will help you get experience in many aspects of an IT company since the scope of work will be quite broad. Some of the tasks you will start performing from the very first day, while others will be added little by little as the Kyiv team becomes bigger.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Strong team player with experience as Office-manager;
  • Ability to multitask and keep deadlines;
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personnel issues is a must;
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential;
  • Flexible and proactive attitude;
  • Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English;
  • Maturity, empathy, structural thinking and courage;

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • General office management including office supply with products and household goods, ordering stationery, maintaining first aid kit etc.;
  • Assisting with benefits administration and liaising with suppliers (cookies, fruits, water and coffee delivery, etc.);
  • Managing office facilities and provide administrative support as needed (e.g. maintaining office inventory, address repair services etc.);
  • Ensure proper condition of office furniture, electrical appliances, etc.;
  • Corporate events organization (birthdays celebration, team buildings, parties, etc.);
  • Helping to maintain a positive and healthy atmosphere in the office;
  • Assisting in other HR related activities;
