As our valuable Finance and Administration Manager -- You are offered to take a key role in Kyiv subsidiary to oversee the local finance, accounting, administration, and monitor the company's performance as well as governance and compliance.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and supervise finance and accounting function
  • Manage and supervise the company's administrative function, which includes general management responsibilities for the legal entity's operations
  • Coordinate and supervise the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, and special analyses as required for internal and external purposes
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, local and group and statutory reporting requirements
  • Corporate governance
  • Monitor and secure compliance with group policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage tax matters, treasury, and trade finance activities
  • Monitor and analyse monthly result, balance sheet and cashflow
  • Continuously plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of business processes
  • Develop and maintain an organisational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish goals and objectives
  • Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews for your direct reports

 

SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge in accounting and how to finance/accounting operations work in a multinational company
  • You can handle many ongoing matters in parallel and to make good prioritisations
  • You have good social skills to interact on a local level, within the company and with external private and governmental agencies
  • Your drive is strong, and you are self-going, able to operate independently within the given authority and framework
  • You hold a degree in finance and accounting from a well-reputed university and it is likely that you are already experienced in managing a finance/accounting function that comes with staff managerial responsibilities
  • Well-versed in working with Excel and ERP-systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English and Russian
