Tech Recruiter (UK market)

A UK-based niche IT recruitment company (name is under NDA) is looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to source and interview candidates of the highest calibre for a range of clients in the UK. You will work in a team of recruiters in Ukraine and regularly communicate with your colleagues in the UK office.

The role will be full time and may require late evenings in order to reach candidates that are unavailable during the day. You will be delivering to both contract and permanent roles, so must be adaptable and organised.

Role objectives:

• Identification of candidates for roles using a variety of techniques/sources and maintaining all relevant tracked information within the database/CRM
• Developing strong relationships with candidates through a variety of methods-telephone qualification, meetings, networking events etc.
• Business development as an additional area of responsibility, if interested: supporting the wider growth of the resourcing and delivery function, with engagement in research and development of new markets, systems and operations.
  

Key Responsibilities/Day to Day Duties:

• Sourcing of candidates via use of Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking etc.
• Ensuring all procedures relating to the candidate database are adhered to (GDPR compliance) and that CRM is updated on a regular basis
• Conducting initials candidate interviews
• Coordination of interview processes, including candidate coaching through to technical interview feedback to Account Manager once the interview process is complete
• Regular networking with past, present and future candidates
• Market mapping / Talent Pool creation
• Advertising and marketing of vacancies

Skills and experience

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and interviewing
• Excellent communication skills including strong written and verbal English (advanced or near-native level)
• Good knowledge of the IT market and tech skills
• Experience in international recruitment (understanding of the UK market is a big advantage)
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Flexible and adaptive
• Persuasive, persistent and patient
• Can prioritise well, cope with pressure and keep a cool head
• High standards of integrity and business ethics
