Researcher (Sales and Marketing Assistant)

About the Position:

ImageX is seeking a qualified sales hunter with experience in marketing to join our team either remotely or onsite at our office in Kyiv, Ukraine. This position will involve working with other sales and marketing representatives and reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager (Vancouver). Daily responsibilities will be sourcing lists, contacts, contact information, market research, and reporting?.?

About You:

The ideal candidate is extremely organized and can cope with a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who can take care of all the details while still maintaining a high output. A background in outbound sales and understanding of marketing and the importance of data research are a must for the position.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop lists of organizations and key contacts to target - 65% of time;
• Keep highly detailed records and reporting of activity -10% of time;
• Develop best practices and update methodologies based on response patterns - 10% of time;
• Assist in the organization of any marketing and sales activity in Kyiv, where required - 5% of time;
• Internal company activities - 10% of time.

You Need:

• Degree, diploma or courses in Sales, Marketing, Research, Business Administration or similar;
• 1 to 3 years of research, sales, marketing or communications experience;
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation;
• Strong decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and team orientation;
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, and new challenges;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
• Comfortable with technology and change;
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
• Self-starter who takes initiative for self-improvement;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Passion for excellence at every level;
• Proven abilities of successful analysis and recommendations;
• English (intermediate level and higher).
