- Job description:
- Coordination and cooperation with the local and regional team in the business activities undertaken,
- Working with official correspondence : preparing letters to counterparties, translation of documents into English, Ukrainian
- Taking care of appropriate documents circulation, arranging signatures
- Maintaining a well-ordered electronic and paper archive
- Assisting local team in their daily work
- Organizing business trips, including settlements of costs and allowances
- Preparing postal and courier shipments, coordination and maintenance of office and it's belongings
- Circulation of invoices, documents, contracts etc.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative task. This person must be well organized, flexible and proactive:
- 1+ year experience in administrative positions
- strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Very good English
