Product Owner

MaxBill team is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join us in Odessa office.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for the product success by ensuring that our product creates value for users and the organization.

Required skills

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role;
• Experience in product lifecycle management;
• Familiarity with Software Development Agile frameworks;
• Organizational and leadership abilities;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Problem-solving attitude;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English (Advanced level);
• BSc/BA Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  

As a plus:

• Background in both software and business development
• Familiarity with growth culture practices

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing prioritization, publishing and refinement of the product backlog in the product team and according to product vision;
• Lead the breakdown of the product backlog into items, providing their definitions and acceptance criteria;
• Lead planning for each iteration with a product delivery team;
• Research and analyze product user data to identify growth opportunities;
• Ensure product is used and creates value for users and the organization
