Powerful and ambitious NGO is looking for Junior Legal & Compliance specialist to join our legal team.

Responsibilities:

Operational day-to-day support of the Organization

Provide legal support to issues/matters in respective areas under the supervision of Chief Legal Officer

Write and negotiate all kind of agreements and contracts

Create and implement corporate Compliance program

Review and improve company rules and policies

Develop and continuously improve knowledge and expertise in key areas of law

Requirements:

Graduate - Ukrainian Law degree, Masters

Legal experience in development/building area would be an advantage

Expertise in compliance procedures

Fluent English is a must. Along with Ukrainian and Russian languages: both written and verbal

Extensive computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
