    REPORTS TO: Managing director/Regional Business Development Director

     

    (1 year contract)

     

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    Contribute the company's growth and its going forward via the acquisition of new customers according to HAVI Strategy and integrate & develop them via proper Key Account Management

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Manage and develop opportunities for company at the market
    • Monitor the trends in the market and its evolutions (customers & competition)
    • Conduct and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience with company at all stages starting from marketing to Key Account Management including Marketing, Lead Generation, Data Collection, Business Case Preparation, Proposal, Contract Negotiation and Implementation.
    • Support operation and all other departments to start up new business in the possible best way for company and the customer
    • Support the cultural change of the company to move stronger and safer toward the big ocean of the open market with sustainable growth

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5+ years' experience in sales and business development at competitive markets
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experiences in commercial areas (Business Development and Project management)
    • Analytic thinking
    • Operations knowledge
    • Logistics and supply chain knowledge (preferably food industry)
    • Very good commercial, communication and negotiation skills
    • Proactive and positive approach
    • Team working attitude
    • Strong Emotional Intelligence
    • English upper-Intermediate level or higher

     

    Main Location - Trebukhiv, Brovary Region
