IT Researcher (remote work is possible)

Requirements:

• Around 6 months of relevant experience; 

• Knowledge of possible sourcing channels and methods for recruitment;

• Basic knowledge of IT technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.);

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• English — Intermediate.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Boolean / X-ray search and possible sourcing channels for recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Apply modern sourcing techniques and right channels to find the right candidate;

• Reviewing resumes and pre-screening of candidates;

• Contact potential candidates;

• Communicate with the Recruitment team;

• Work with the internal database and CRM program;

• Be involved into market investigation/research.
