To assume the role of Head of Presales in CoreTeka you should have:
- Higher education in Economics, Management and Marketing, Business Analytics, etc.
- Experience in B2B sales (IT-sales (outstaffing / outsourcing services) is a plus);
- Team management experience (5+ people);
- Experience of work in big companies, in close collaboration with different departments;
- Strategic and analytical thinking;
- Advanced skills of using Excel / Google Sheets;
- Experience of work with large databases and CRM systems;
- Determination, focus, excellent sales and communication skills.
Upper-intermediate English level is a must, while a notable advantage would be:
- Experience of studying / working in English speaking countries;
- Knowledge of the USA and European markets;
- German language;
- International exhibitions and road-shows participation.
