Pricing Analyst

AUTODOC company, the European e-commerce leader in sales of auto parts, is looking for a Data Analyst in the Pricing department. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our pricing algorithms R&D team.
The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in building dynamic pricing solutions. Responsibilities 

• Develop, report on, and analyze pricing metrics in a specific business domain for identifying new areas for optimization.
• Estimate the business impact of pricing initiatives and/or help to build business cases for them.
• Participate in the process of developing predictive models and ML solutions in pricing.
• Assist in forecasting and operational planning processes.
• Providing pricing, financial and other reports as needed.
• Price value-added services.
• Create and help design Pricing Experiment Results.

Qualifications 

• BA in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field; 
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science preferred.
• 3+ years experience working in an analytics-focused role; e-commerce experience a plus.

Hard skills

• Advanced SQL capabilities.
• Python / R.
• Power BI / Tableau.
• Experience working with algorithmic pricing systems and parsers Competera, PriceLab, etc. will be your advantage
• Advanced Excel user (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View, DAX)
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions useful for business on their basis
• B2+ English

Soft skills

• Good understanding of the marketing and business processes of the e-commerce company
• Ability to find points of growth / possible areas of optimization in the company's work and formulate action plans for implementing changes
• Mindset on an independent search for facts. Ability to deal with uncertainty in data. Ability to ask questions correctly and formulate clear answers to them
• Readiness for continuous development, expansion of the range of professional skills, and automation of routine operations.
