Talent and Development Specialist

AB InBev Efes, World's largest brewer, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening for the People Continuity Lead (Talent&Development Manager) position in Kharkov.

Main accountabilities:

HR Cycle:

• Provide direction and coaching regarding HR Cycle: Competency Review and Organization & People Review;
• Organize and lead local Organization & People Review meetings;
• Ensure that People Continuity local routines are aligned with zone and global guidelines and executed accordingly.

Training and talent programs:

• Work with management to devise and implement training strategies as required;
• Prepare and support yearly training plan by following the relevant internal and external requirements and policies;
• Create and implement talent strategy to ensure healthy talent pipeline.

EVP and Talent recruitment:

• Customize EVP (Employee value proposition) & digital attraction strategy to meet local needs;
• Assess the recruitment and overall people trends to bring new attraction & development ideas to the existing processes.
• Define local graduate recruitment strategy, incl. list of target universities/schools.
• Build connections with universities for organizing attraction events and participate in career fairs;
• Yearly recruitment of agreed number of graduates

Requirements:

• University degree;
• Experience in Human Resources is an asset;
• Business oriented and results focused;
• Resilient & stress-resistant;
• Open-minded and creative thinker;
• Excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners;
• Able to work on own initiative;
• Upper-Intermediate English both in speaking and in writing;
• Fluency in Russian & Ukrainian
• Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
